Refund Policy
We are happy to exchange or return your order should you be dissatisfied in any way - please read below.
Return will be accepted in case of defective unit. Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within fourteen days of receipt of order.
The item(s) should be in its original, unopened packaging (including unit carton) along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.
A pickup charge will be applied and deducted from the refund value where Innovative Computers incur any cost during the return process.
We regret that items in the following categories cannot be returned/refunded.

Papers,
Software,
Speakers,
Batteries and Adapters,
Bags,
Ink, Toner & Ribbon Cartridges.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Ground Floor, Postbank House, Market Street,
Nairobi-Kenya.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where Innovative Computers incurred cost on the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Ksh7,500, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
